Hi guys. Planning to build a 5.1.4 home theatre system around 5-6L budget.
Use case: 70% Movies, TV Shows, 30% Music

AVR - Denon x3800h
Power Amp(front LCR) - Emotive a3
Side surround - micca m42x g2
Atmos(4 pc) - micca mb42x g2 (ceiling mounted angled to MLP) or Polk r60i in ceiling speakers

Reason for cheaping out on the surround and atmos since I've heard they are the least important in a system.

Now big boys, and this where i'm not sure which brand to go for with a powerful center channel available. Reason for choosing floorstanding LR is purely cosmetic, I don't like the look of stands. Room size is roughly 20x15ft. I would love to go dual sub but i'm already pushing my budget and I don't want to downgrade to accommodate two subs.

Option 1: First Preference
Polk r500 LR
Polk r400 C
SVS pb2000 pro or rhythmik lvx 12

Option 2: Second Preference
KEF Q550 LR
KEF Q650C C
SVS pb2000 pro or rhythmik lvx 12

Option 3: Third Preference
Dali Oberon 5 LR
Dali Oberon Vokal C
SVS pb2000 pro or rhythmik lvx 12

Option 4:
Monitor Audo Bronze 200
Monitor Audio Bronze C150
SVS pb2000 pro or rhythmik lvx 12

Option 5:
Klipsch rp8000f ii LR
Klipsch rp504c C
SVS pb2000 pro or rhythmik lvx 12

Option 6:
SVS Prime Tower LR
SVS Prime Center C

Subject to availability in Kolkata. Open to better suggestions. Also, one side of the wall is entirely made of a sliding door, not sure how I am going to mount the side surrounds at ear level. Need to figure that part out as well.

Your budget is more than what you need to have a good home theatre system. If you choose floorstanders with 15 inch woofers, you don't need two subs in the room. If movies is your priority, go in for horn speakers. They have good dynamics. Your room size is not small. So choose the speakers appropriately to enable you to reach high decibels. The speakers you have mentioned will not be able to do justice in your room. You can look for screen array speakers.

It's a living room, don't think I can go very hardcore with speakers currently, needs to be approved by the family members as well as the aesthetic part.

Something like https://www.beta3pro.com/item/237/cs3315a-15inch-3-way-full-range-cinema-speaker
Or Pulz audio https://www.pulz.co.in/product-cineline-wm2.html
or Sonodyne
These are smaller than Avantgarde Horn speakers. But are very dynamic. You won't have to change speakers anytime soon.

Focal too

At this budget you may check jbl cinema series LCR speakers, XTZ cinema M8 series LCR speakers, and some other well known brands have cinema series..dont recollect now. It has bigger mid bass drivers and array of tweeters. Also consider single 15" sub for best kick of LFE in movies (XTZ ,REL,Rythemic or SVS 15"sub but price is on higher side). Keep high budget for LCR ,Sub and less budget for surround and atmos. The front sound stage is key for movie watching ,surround and others are just add on.

You already added Emotiva PA in the list, thats good to go. if possible try to go with Emotiva Gen-3 3 Channel power Amp which has more power than A3.

Hi, these are all great suggestions, but my budget is only 5-6L, also I'll be adding everything to my already existing living room(which already has its own issues with speaker placements). I don't have a dedicated home theater room.

ok, above speakers may fit in to your budget.
Anyways since you dont have own dedicated HT room, the speakers you listed will fit.
From your list , my choice would be (1.Monitor Audo Bronze 200 2.Dali Oberon ) These speakers sounds balanced ,
Kilpsch -slightly more bass and little harsh , Polk : slightly harsh , KEF: less BASS , SVS Prime : too loud and may be more expensive.

If these speakers are approved by family members, budget of 5-6L is ample.
Beta3pro will cost 1.65 L for one pair.
Pulz will also cost around 1.5 L for one pair.
Sonodyne will also fall in that price bracket.
The initial speakers choosen won't work fine for movies as they will lack dynamic factor. For ex--- scenes in movies with bomb explosion as well as scenes with background rain etc .... These require speakers with high dynamic range for details to be reproduced.
