helo gurus this is my bad experience with the tata sky customer care.
feb 26 i ordered the hd box and i got the same day from the dealer in chennai.i was told that the installlation will be in 76 hours. on 28 feb i got a call from the cc and asked about the details and they promised for installation the next day.but the installations guys came on 2 march and installed the dish and then they saw the setup box after installing the dish.they told that they made a mistake that the dish the fixed is not for hd and they promised tomorrow they will replace the dish.after two long day they didnt even call no such installation.i waited so patiently and made several calls to cc but no rtepesponse.i mailed to the nodal officer about my bad.today i just called the dealer where i bought the setup b0x and asked to take back setup box to refund the money. now plz advuce the alternative dth provider who service and quality is good . thanks a lot
