Hi Dude,

Congrats for your new purchase. A wise selection indeed. I am planning to buy one during July 2012. Did you buy it from the showroom or from the grey market? Pls post the purchase price. Thanks for posting the picture, which are awesome:licklips:

Regards
Gopinath J

Hi very good picture quality and nice understated looks. Enjoy your new tv. Grey market price is 45k and showroom price will depend on how much you can negotiate but it should be around 63-65k.

Thanks guys the PQ is superb I purchased from grey market in Mumbai it cost me 49000
The ex 520 cost rs 44500 in grey market

Don't know about grey market..is buying something from there gonna void warranty...I got ex520 from authorised dealer @60K.

did you connect to hdmi 1? I have 40ex720, I have wall mounted, I couldn't connect the hdmi cable at back, as of now, got some 90 degree connector from chroma and connected. becoz you have ARC supported only in hdmi 1.

Awesome tv superb looks and awesome pq
m really happy and completely satisfied with the product

Congrats on your purchase.

Hey Abhi can you please comments on the black levels and any issues with inout lag??

Guys iam planning to buy the 32" inch version only to be used as a primary PC monitor. Only 2D stuffs as i already have a 42LW6500 for my living room.

So my main concerns for this model are:

1) Input lag
2) black Levels
3) Color reproduction
4) Contrast level

Any inputs on it would be welcome.

Well i first had Sony cx 520-32 " lcd now I have installed the ex 650-40"
Led and I find the.colour depth and contrast better than my previous tv a hands go for this model and it is the latest series in the non 3d led by Sony

Re: Purchased-sony ex 650-32"

Guys this LED Tv is awesome. Superb quality. A1 product and full 5 stars for it.

Seriously guys, i bought the 32 inch EX650 and the result is outstanding.

Basically iam only using it as my PC Monitor (Sold my 24 incher Viewsonic) but trust me guys superb LED Tv for this size. Also had checked the 32HX750 too but the PQ was behind the EX650 series.

The 32HX750 was 9k more expensive then the 32EX650 but maybe becoz of 3d otherwise for 2D quality EX650 simply rocks. I guess only the HX850 series will beat the EX650 series but again i wanted to use it as my monitor and any size above 32 inch would be a overkill for my bedroom and PC.

Anyway an awesome buy wished the HX850 would come in 32 inch size that would have bee WOW. Got the 32EX650 for 44,900.

I also have an LG 42LW6500 in my living room but i have to admit Sony's colours are natural and not overbright as the LG nd the black levels are simply outstanding......
