Rest of the Diamond 100 lineup launch in India

Well it's nearly been one year since the international launch and there are still no Diamond 100 series speaker other than 121, a 28k centre and a 1Lakh rupee FS available in India.
Any idea why? It's impossible to go for proper HT or Music with the lineup currently available
