Screen Cleaning

Hi All,

My kids have put a black mark on screen without me noticing and now during cleaning process ( tried with colin and soap water) black mark has gone though but it has developed bigger mark of which is visible when not in use, anyone faced similar issue and how do we clean this any inputs are highly appreciated.

Note: screen is Elite white mat fixed screen.
