I have also been looking at Seagate FreeAgent Theater+ media player and it looks tempting. It has everything what WD Live etc have and it cost little under 10k with taxes etc. Wonder why it's not more popular.

The product page does not mention important stuff like

1. does it have spdif/out
2. Is it fanless?
3. multimedia player interface and screenshots etc
4. ability to decode flac and other formats

Any clues?
