Lovely setup sir.. How much of a difference were you able to detect between the Mogami 2803 and 3103?
Hello Sir, I have upgraded my rca to 2803 and speaker cable to Supra ply. I prefer supra ply sound better than 3103.Lovely setup sir.. How much of a difference were you able to detect between the Mogami 2803 and 3103?

The wires were all tidied up at the back, the power bricks of ACAs mounted at the back of the AV rack.
Oh my God , your eyesLovely!
I see the Ahuja taking a peek in the rear.
Into bird photography?
Such things give me a joy too. Here is something similar. This is my openSUSE Tumbleweed HTPC desktop. I use plasma desktop. I have glava insalled and a usb microphone connected to the HTPC, kept hidden behind the TV. Any conversation, music in the room gets converted into visualization that is part of the desktop itself. IT is the destkop wallpaper itself that gets converted into visualization, regardless of the wallpaper image. An accessory
Infinite joy @ ₹200/- (at least till the batteries last)
Adds an extra layer to the ambience and mood.

The same HTCP with mproject visualization is below
I'm not sure. But i think it should work if someone compiles it on PI. Let me try this on my PI. I will get back.I love this!
Would it be possible to do this with a Raspberry pi ?
Thanks. I think the idea is cool. Maybe someone with the skills and interest will do this one of these days.I'm not sure. But i think it should work if someone compiles it on PI. Let me try this on my PI. I will get back.

GLava is an OpenGL audio spectrum visualizer primarily used for desktop windows or backgrounds. It's free and open source software.www.linuxlinks.com
According to this article there are debian repositories available, so there is a possibility of installing this without going through the above complicated steps. I will try this first before trying the above

EDIT: I just checked. There is no available build package for Raspberry PI. So the only option is to build it
In what way do you prefer Supra ply to Mogami 3103 speaker cable.H

That's a lamp connected to a proximity sensor. It lights up when I stand so that I can see around and not fall and stumble. What's that bell behind the TV doing?![]()
Lovely setup and you have built those yourself. Commendable. This is my system at the moment.

Just assembled my modular 3 way diy system. Pending polar measurements and crossover based on it. Drivers are dual SB acoustics Satori WO24P-8 woofers per side for bass. Current top module is Sb Audience Rosso 65CDN-T compression driver on a faital pro LTH142 horn. DSP crossover implementation using EQApo Software on PC and 6 channel audio interface. Marantz Pm 5005 drivers the woofers while Allo volt amp drives the compression drivers. Crossover at 1kHz at the moment and hence playing as a 2 way system currently.

It will be easier to dig-out the noise/hiss and other issues when you get from the 88dB to the 98dB woofer and re-level everything. If I might suggest anything, it's to not completely ignore how the driver sounds in the foam and w/o lining/damping/filling. Over time, those experiences will...www.hifivision.com
Hi,Lovely setup and you have built those yourself. Commendable.
What is the distance between the speakers and what distance do you sit away from the speakers. I'm trying experiments with my setup and want to know if there is any limitations on how close the speakers can get?
Lovely looking build vineethThis is my system at the moment.

Thanks a lot.Lovely looking build vineeth![]()
Do it. The flexibility for adjustements and resulting sound quality is worth it in my opinion..Going diy with active crossovers is something I've been planning for a long time. All the best![]()
