Date and time: 10th March 2013 from 1000 hours to 1730 hours.

Venue: 'Hotel Savera' 146, Dr. Radhakrishnan Salai, Chennai. Phone:+91-44-28114700



Since the meet is part sponsored by three dealers who are showcasing and demonstrating their systems in separate Banquet Halls, the members are required to pay only a nominal amount for participating in the meet.

In addition to audition of systems in separate Halls, the participating members listed above would be provided with the following amenities: -

1. Tea/Coffee with refreshments after 1st session at about 1130 hours.
2. Mixed Menu Buffet Lunch at about 1300 hours.
3. Tea/Coffee with refreshments after 1st session at about 1530 hours.

We request the members to pay an amount of Rs. 300/- each in advance for availing the above amenities, which we would be paying to the Hotel after consolidating. Srinisundar would communicate the account details where, the the amount needs to be deposited.

Though, we are required to pay the total amount in advance to the Hotel, they have given us time till Wednesday to make the payment. Hence, we request the members to make the payment by Tuesday evening. All those who have made payment would be issued with coupons by the Hotel to avail the amenities listed above.

Those members who could not make advance payment would be required to make full payment of Rs. 924/- at the venue for participating in the meet.

Since we intend to issue name tags to the participants comprising of the following details, we also request all the participants to provide these details to srinisundar via email.
