Rajiv has chalked out a plan that sounds brilliant to me. Here it is:
10 AM----------Introductions in the biggest of the three halls. Participants would be divided into three groups, one for each demo room.
10.30 AM ------Groups 1,2&3 would go to the three different demo rooms for listening session.
11.30 AM ------Break for tea
12 AM ---------Groups go back for listening session on round robin.
1 PM----------- Lunch
2 PM -----------Listening session
3 PM ------------Tea
3.30 PM to end -- Listening session of members systems/ interaction between members also interested members can go back and listen to systems that they are interested in.
Interested members can also visit the Hotel Parking lot for demo of FM Matbhuvi's car setup.
Time & venue permitting, we can play Quad/LS3/5A /Lyrita pre
