Speaker for Marantz SR 5009

HI!
I am about to pick up a Marantz SR 5009 and was wondering which speakers would go well with them. I was advised to go with Sonodyne Sonus 2605 V3 Floor standing or Monitor Audio MR4. I didn't want a sub or rear speakers.

Here are some details
Music - 40% (Old School Rock,Classic's and pop)
Movies - 60% (All genre but need clear vocals over anything else)
Room Size : 15ftx13ft
Floor standing preferred over book shelf speakers.

Would you also know where I can demo and buy the suggested speakers in Gurgaon or close areas.

My marantz sr5002 very surprisingly made my B&W 802 come alive. Only problem was I have to run it 1/2 volume or there abouts.
The denon 2807 was not as good, and had to be run 1/2 way open too.
The onkyo 909 I have now does exactly what the denon does, but at 1/4 volume.

So I'd think a 802 would need your 5009 also run 1/2 volume.

BTW, I also have a room that kills bass, kills treble and needs volume to get to me, I am 16ft - 24 ft away on a normal listen.

Marantz pairs well with Dali zensor series.

Thanks for all the help! I ended up getting Monitor Audio MR4. They sounded pretty sweet and they were at the right price point for me. Thanks again.
