I am very new to concept of Network Media Streamer/Player

My requirement is below
1. I should be able stream most of the Video Formats
2. Feature to download Video content using Torrents
3. 2-3 TB storage
4. A decent GUI/Browser connectivity to manage the content

Does it make sense?

Had been reading about Xtreamer/Popcorn Hour/WDTV etc but am completely confused.

Ordered via ebay Global buy, I paid Rs. 18500. This might be on higher side.
