Ten Sports 'Upscaled' HD added

Dish TV has done it again. Today they have added Ten Sports 'HD' on #75 for Asian Games and what have they done is just upsclaed the regular SD channel Ten sports and terming as HD :lol:

In actuality, it does not even look like it is 'upscaled'. The quality is no different from the regular 'TEN Sports HD' channel. Whatever little difference is there, seems to be only due to slightly better compression and no more.

If I am correct even India Sl series was upscaled and I remember that in Facebook Dish TV mentioned in its wall post that its True HD. What a Shame !hyeah:

Are they charging extra for their Ten Sports "HD"? or is it coming as part of normal package?

Does this mean that you will be getting to watch WWE in actual HD? Remember WWE originally broadcasts in HD.

U need to call the helpline but dont worry nothing really called HD is der in dis.
And this is only an event based channel for Asian Games, itll be removed after the games are over.

Nah, I was just curious. Fortunately or unfortunately, I have Airtel HD which I have not recharged in a while

OK Airtel is only DTH player having only one HD channel at the moment
