I'm okay with complete setups or arranged ones as well. My preferences are
1. Sound quality
2. Budget theatre experience

+1 on thisWould say get bookshelves and an avr with that budget and build ur home theater in parts, coz 50k is limited specially ur after sound quality its hard to get a 5.1 invest more in speakers than ur avr,i would say get the marantz 1509 which on sale in hifimart for 33k and add wharfedale diamond 11.1 bookshelf which is 24k and when budget permits add more speakers, u could also get a stereo amp with bookshelf speakers, audition as much as u can
If your room is small go for the Yamaha 3072 HTIB. I used the older model Yht299 for nearly 3 years in my small 10*12 bedroom and was happy with it.I'm okay with complete setups or arranged ones as well. My preferences are

+1, Unless you really really want surround experience immediately, AVR + 2 speakers will keep you occupied for next 5-6 years as you slowly keep adding other components to fix your upgrade 'itch'.Would say get bookshelves and an avr with that budget and build ur home theater in parts, coz 50k is limited specially ur after sound quality its hard to get a 5.1 invest more in speakers than ur avr,i would say get the marantz 1509 which on sale in hifimart for 33k and add wharfedale diamond 11.1 bookshelf which is 24k and when budget permits add more speakers, u could also get a stereo amp with bookshelf speakers, audition as much as u can
increasing the budget to 80k do let me know what options would be best in this budgetInvest the most on a good pair of speakers as they'll last longer than the electronics. Get a used avr if possible for now, but don't compromise on speakers. Good speakers on an average AVR sounds better than average speakers on a good AVR.
