Voltage stabiliser

I too have the vertex servo stabilizer (3KVA) doing duty for my electronics. Apart from loud start up beeps you can only hear it only when servo is adjusting the output voltage- as if it's belching after eating all those excess voltages - at my place night time voltage crosses 260Vac!. Else, it's absolutely silent.

One noob question. If incase all components are run from ups line, do we still need a stabilizer?
Also can I connect all to the same ups line (pc, tv, AVR, and subwoofer)? I think I have 1kva sine wave ups from luminous.

I have the Vertex 5Kva stabilizer. Very Silent throughout. Voltage at my place is always high, always above 250V and sometimes even touches 260V, and the stab maintains the voltage at around 230V.
