Will these Micca's work good when paired to my Sony MHC-GN88D?

Can I hook them to surround output (8 ohm)? Currently on 6-16 ohm fronts.

Yes you can try....dont play them too loud and check if the system is heating too fast or if sound is distorted during playback. Test on low volumes with familiar songs or movie clips to understand their performance.

Yes, I tested that last night. Have connected with normal electrical wire atm and I kept checking if there's any heat or distortion but my unit played these with ease. Never cranked the volume over 17 (max is 30).
Mounts and clips will be coming shortly.
