Yes, totally worth the price.. Buy it..
The only alternate vfm option i can think of is the sony ex400 for 45k odd. Still i have the panasonic x20. worth it totally. For better audio get the A20.

You should check other threads, many people have bought for 36K, and one guy for 35K at the local stores. Given these prices, I think you should check at your local stores.

Check local stores as
1) There are instances where display pieces delivered..such issues can be sorted out
2) There is weird process of pana's 3 year warentee and on net how it will be administered
3) Although service is provided by company still buying local sometimes give relationship advantage
4) As mentioned above there is NO SUBSTANCIAL SAVING buying online,infact offline price is lower ..so first search local retail.

BTW, i see you mentioned 1 yr warranty. Panasonic comes with a 2 yr warranty.

Actually the Panasonic Plasmas are coming with 3yr warrantly currently - but not sure if that is only a Diwali offer.
