I cant see DTSMA/HD audio support in the link,its HDMI1.4 though.Its standard AVR.

1713 at 36k is mrp. I think it should come in 30-31.5k price.

Can someone update the best price of Denon AVR-1513 and AVR-1713 in Bangalore.
(ProFX website price of 1713 is Rs.36990. Is it MRP? )
2013 Denon models are released in US E-series and X-series.
So I am guessing they may discount the 2012 models..

That rarely happens for Indian customers. Profx was ready to give for 31.5k when last checked.
That must be a purchase with speaker package. Modern world denied giving AVR alone for that price. 29k sounds even sweet, if you have a contact pass on.
I know that ProFx is authorized denon dealer in Bangalore and they provide after sale service too.
Is HTstore.in and Modern World authorized dealers too selling with Bill and Warranty?
Who will provide the service if we purchase from them?

As of now, all Denon service will be done by ProFx. You have to send your unit to the dealer you bought from. If you directly approach ProFx (assuming you bought from a KEI dealer) there will be no "free" service. I was given this bit of information from Calcutta ProFx.

This is exactly what I need to confirm because the company is not providing any service directly like consumer brands Samsung,Panasonic etc
ProFx folks are very strict when it comes to service.
Modern World ( This is a multi branded electronic store like ezone). So I don't think they will take the Denon AVR for servicing eventhough the purchase is from them. Like any other delaer they may direct to Denon service center. Finally its ProFx only.
Service will be done under warranty. Just that it'll be a lengthy process. ProFx wiil only accept the units from KEI dealers for under warranty free service.
So, within the first year of purchase if anything goes wrong you need to contact the selling dealer. They'll ship it to ProFx. After an year, you can carry it to ProFx and get stuff rectified by paying regular charges.

ProFX is not the only service providers for Denon. KEI does it. I have serviced my AVR from KEI servicing center Chennai. Their service is excellent. The only problem is with shipping the heavy amp to Chennai which cost me 1.2K. It is better to get AVR from Yamaha as they have wide service options.
