I earlier had subscribed for the Bigflix DVD rental service and it suddenly closed down due to lack of enough customer (one major complaint was lack of newer titles) and inspite of our reluctance to move to bigflix plus (since that eats up home internet bandwidth) we were forcibly moved to that to compensate against the remainning membership fee. So if you are getting this for free then it is okay to try but before subscribing with money thereafter please think twice. They also promised to deliver on a one time basis a pack of 75 DVDs for me to keep permanently but till now no sign of it.

as long as you are using the free service its okay, thereafter if you want to pay, think twice its a company not based on any ethics and have a bunch of frauds
