Budget Bluray Player

I need a budget bluray player under 10k it does not need to have wifi or apps or any fancy features. Due to low budget I don't think I can get a region free and 4k upscaling player but do tell me if its possible. Found panasonic dmp-bdt180 on amazon for 9k could not find any reviews. Open to buying used bdp from forum members.

I have a Philips I don't use anymore had got it for around 6k from Croma, if u r in Bombay I'll give it to u t no cost. I'll have to see where I kept it though...
