Cerwin speakers - VEGA HT-s6

Came across book shelf speakers which are part of HT package for less than 5K. I want to use those as bookshelf for stereo listening or take out 6"drivers for my DIY project of speaker building. So want to know if anyone used these speakers as the brand is not so common and not all specs are available on net. But frq range is 60-22K Hz. Would it be good idea to use this HT speakers for stereo LR?
