Dish TV showing cricket tri-series in HD ?

This ad was there in today's Times Of India. Can somebody owning Dish HD verify & let us know if it is an actual 1080i channel or just some upscaled BS.

Based on atleast the so called HD coverage of the India - Sri Lanka Test Match Series, Ten Sports HD is a total farce and they are simply showing upscaled 4:3 aspect ratio SD signals and calling it HD.

It's 4:3 standard definition picture upscaled to HD. That's bad. What's worse is audio is stereo with all commentary coming from one speaker and background noise from the other.
