Files not supported Sony DAV-TZ215

Dear All,

I have purchased Sony Home Theater "Sony DAV-TZ215". While I was trying to play Movies from External hard disks not playing with error message "file not supported" . Files in .mp4 and .avi files.. Any help in this highly appreciated

Check the resolution of the file in a PC. The HT may not be able to play HD movies.
