My build of Tymphany TABAQ dual drivers cabinets are with the vinyl sheets that are available on diyaudiocart.com site. Its a good one and I think same as the one OP has used in his build.

Yes there is one importer in India for this D-C-Fix Vinyl of Germany. Google DCFIx and get details. But as I have said the last time I bought some the adhesive had deteriorated. I think because it is not popular in India the imports are very old.
