Harmon Kardon avr 270 v/s AVR 171

Hi,

I'm confused in choosing AVR between thee models.
Can some one please help me in choosing the best among them.
I dont want to go for any other brand as I'm getting good discount through one of my friend who is working there.

If possible also please tell me whether the following speakers can be set up to these AVR's.
1. JBL STUDIO 2803 Way Floorstanding Speaker
2. JBL SUB 260P Studio 2 Series 12 Inch Powered Subwoofer or JBL ES 250 PW Wireless subwoofer - Balck
3. JBL STUDIO 235C Dual 2.5 way center channel speaker
4. JBL STUDIO 210 Surround Loud Speakers

or you can suggest some other JBL speakers for me...

Please give your suggestions as soon as possible as the offer is available for just 2 days...
