Home theatre in open terrace

Hi all,
I am a new member from Kerala and now working in Dubai.
I am renovating my house now. I have a open terrace area in my house and now its treating like dead space. I am planing to have media room in that area. It should be around 3 meter wide and 5 meter length. Please advice me where I need to start.
I am not planing to have a high end theatre. Basically it should be entertainment room to watch movies and for karaoke practice.
If anybody from Calicut (Kerala) is here, please let me know about supplier, installers, etc. from Calicut.
