Need advise on receivers

Hi bros,

Need your advise;

My current setup is pioneer htz555 DVD integrated home theater 5.1.
Player broke down after 5 yrs (amp shut down itself after half hr with OCR ERR msg).

Is there a receiver with at least 3 HDMI inputs (for blu ray player, media player, cable setup box) that can drive my current passive sub and 3 ohm satellites speakers?

Also, I watch a lot of movies from downloaded source with file size average 700MB - 2GB. Is upscaling feature on receiver useful in improving quality of image of these files?

A-Marantz Nr 1601/Sr5005 and Denon 1611/1911 are good but 3 ohm speakers may cause issues. They are rated for 6 Ohms-16ohms. You will be hard pressed to find a receiver for 3 ohm speakers.

A-No use for upscale feature, They cause more problems than solve them. Better to use pass through

I will use the receiver mostly to watch movies.

Would u be kind enough to help me compare the following;
1) Yamaha 367,
2) denon 1311,
3) pioneer 520.
