Need help

Hi.. I have bought a Sony 32" 1080p LED Smart TV. The picture and sound qualities were fine till last week. But some unnatural colors and flesh tones are appearing now. We are using the cable service of Acanac https://www.acanac.com. When I inquired about this to them, they said that there is no issue with their service. Then what might be the problem? Do you ever encounter such troubles with your tv? Will it be any settings trouble? Please do reply

I think the problem is with the the TV itself. Play some videos from other sources like USB, try some smart features like YouTube, FB etc and see if the PQ improves. If the situation is the same, then you better call up Sony and get it fixed.
