OLED TV's price/best quote thread

There seem to be limited stock of samsung s90d 77 inches which the retailer is quoting 2.78L. Is it worth the price for an year old model which doesn't support dolby vision and dts pass through? Should I consider this over S95F or lg G5 65 inches?
S90D 77" had power supply issues so not worth the trouble

RD quoted 2.5 for Bravia 8II and 2 for LG G5 with not much negotiation, 30-35k for extended warranty extra. Croma said 2.43 and 1.91. final prices pending tomorrow. Also will visit Devi tomorrow. Please suggest what prices I should target.

I am on a lookout for an oled too. I am curious to know your reasoning to go for lg g5 instead of S95F. G5 is out of stock and has wait times of 25 days which I am ok with. RD quoted 1.82l after cashback but an FM mentioned that he got a quote of 1.72l. Devi Intl didn't even bother to give a quote stating out of stock. The best I could negotiate for Samsung S95F was about 1.62l. Let me know what prices you are quoted. I can tag along to buy if they offer better prices for group purchase.

It can go as low as 1.5, but impossible to find such a deal.

1.6 is a great deal, go for it

I basically paid 1.75, before gst cuts and at the same price, the tv should be selling at 1.5
But it seems like they all increased the prices and are making profits now

These guys have clearly hiked prices — the so-called GST cut seems to have made zero difference. The C5 65" is now being quoted at ₹1.5 lakh, when last year during Independence Day the same 65" C series was sold by RD for ₹1.5 lakh. So where exactly is the discount?

Even the Bravia 7 65" that went for ₹1.4 lakh in Chennai earlier this year is now being quoted at ₹1.56 lakh by RD. Honestly, not sure what kind of GST cut this is supposed to be.

If you really want a deal, try group buys — they’re the only way to make sellers budge, especially in Bangalore where there’s no Bajaj or Vijay Sales around. Sometimes, group-buy power even beats multi-brand festive sales, like that article in the paper yesterday.
