Hi - How to find out if its been kept under display? and one more thing that my box was not sealed properly, tap was tampered.

Check the usage hours.It should show you total runtime, number of boots etc.

I have not come across any method which resets the usage hour.But that cannot be ruled out for sure.You can once try checking the usage hours.

I found the box been tampered. When i asked them to give other one they said it's the last piece they hav got. Last piece is nothing but display piece. Got to know it only later a while.

You should have avoid it there itself. Never take tampered or used piece :/
Here box packed piece have no assurance and you have taken used piece.

Yes, i denied the delivery. But showroom guys said no other stock available.

They offered door delivery. I paid and left the place. Next day it's delivered to my house. Then I found the it's a tampered package when i reached home. I have been told they opened for checking it.

I thought only installation engineer allowed to open it first, if they found it opened they deny service? maybe depends on brand?

Bro, I almost locked in on this TV. Thought of buying it this saturday! I dont see any others, complaining this issue. So, it is truly panel's fault??
