Hooked wit marrantz vintage series! I never heard tat much solid and crisp details and punch in my fs before! Bt bass is bit low! If u giving more try out Means it will never fail u in terms of quality!@TAV-606 Se owners-
Have you tried these towers in dedicated stereo set up?
Can these deliver enough bass like wharfedale?
For HT, they look solid to me.
For begining just go wit this package for movie use! Sound was pretty decent! Increase the levels in avr for centre and rear! Simple! When u find money then go for other surround brands! It's pure vfm product ! Simple and sweet! Movies r really enjoyableAre centre and rears clear and can provide Good moVie dialouges and Effects or not which amplifier You are using brother

I own Taga 606 se package and is using it with Yamaha RX V 481 AVR. Have played flac/mp3/movies in Direct/Stereo mode and the floor standards does a good job. Sound is smooth and natural. I turn the volume to 65 percentage max and the FS gives remarkable crystal clear audio to fill my room of 12ft x 20 ft.
As far as bass is considered dont think its that bass heavy FS like wharfedale but does decent jobs with movies as well as music. I do not have a sub currently do miss sub while watching movies but dont miss them when listening to music.
That AVR is rated at 120 w with one channel driven. With two channel driven it will be lower, leave alone 5 channel driven. And your listening volumes will be much lower than the peak output of AVR. So your speakers would be just fine.Hi everyone ! i'm new in this forum ! also in Hi-end sound system, actually i'm a little bit Confuse with my setup, please suggest ! I have purchase "Taga 606 V3" for "Onkyo TX-SR309" AV Power is 120W at 6 ohm, speaker power is 20-120W at 6 ohm, AV get hotter within 5 min,
Is There any problem with power matching ? Please suggest !

The AVR can get a bit hot especially in summer. Ensure good ventilation all around it.

Taga speakers good for movies! Not pleasant for stereo! Lacks a lot of details and no depth in it!!I just auditioned Taga speakers and they are pretty good with movies. But when the shop guys played some mp3, they didn't sound so well. Or may be because the volume was low?
In your avr speakers setting try to change speakers level or distance and keep trying your desire sound level! Increase the numbers and tryHi Arjuraj,
Can you please tell me how to increase the levels for centre & rear?
I feel the same.In HT, subwoofer handles bass frequencies and so they work perfect. In music not much depth and lack some weight.Taga speakers good for movies! Not pleasant for stereo! Lacks a lot of details and no depth in it!!

For music i prefer to run just the towers with full range signal from the AVR.
