Vu 4k vs Lg 4k vs sony full hd

I am planning to buy a new TV. My budget is 60k. I would be using it for gaming on PS4 and watching movies via netflix and STB(tata sky). I have 100Mbps connection so streaming 4k is possible.

I am confused b/w:
1) VU 55inch 4k tv
2) Sony KDL-43W800D
3) LG 43UH650T

What I have been thinking:
Sony will have better picture quality, supports 3D
VU is VFM, 55 UHD panel in same price range
LG 4k TV for same price range but not sure how scaled sd content will look. Also, 4k content is not that extensive so not sure if buying 4k is worth it.

What are your thoughts on this?

Vu 4k has no HDR, SD will look horrible.
Sony is way too sharp in PQ. Still i rather buy a 55 inch over a 43 sony.
LG is ips panel and is darker than everything else.

Ill give you another really good option to consider. Panasonic shinobi 630 49 inch. PQ better than sony or LG. 49 inch over a 43.

Else simply go with VU 55. But no HDR is a deal breaker for me.
