What the heck Tata Sky is thinking about its customers?

I am irritated with Tata Sky for doing this:

1. SVBC (Sri venkateswara Bhakti Channel) is shown only in a small window and never in full screen (even if you subscribed to the add-on package that contains this channel).

2. I have Tata Sky+, and recorded some programs from Pogo. Now I have un-subscribed the Pogo channel, and all the recordings that I made from Pogo are gone from the hard disk. When I attempt to play the recorded Pogo program, it says "you are not subscribed to this package to view this program"???

3. They don't telecast DD8 (Saptagiri) anymore.

Anybody is facing the same issues?

(1) I don't know much about this channel

(2) The HDD contents are played only after verifying the content against your subscription. Like, if you have recorded a movie from SHOWTIME you can see it only as long as that movie is available in SHOWTIME. This is to prevent playing unauthorized content.

(3) TS+ has stopped few DD channels all of a sudden. I don't know why.

I have a Pioneer DVD Recorder and its very good..........the DVR sold by DTH operators are complete waste of money..........)

Currently such external recorders cannot record one program while you are watching another.
