I'm ready to buy dedicated HT setup but don't have much budget max I can spend is 30k.

Actually it's available on the MI Store app but with no discounts and after seeing everyone buying it for around 1.8K I can't spend 1.28K as it'll definitely hurt me. Also sir please suggest good soundbar for better Movie and OTT experience @vikrantxtrad sir please suggest.
My budget is 25K for soundbar but less is preferred if the functionality is almost same currently I'm considering buying ZukeBox 9800.

For 11 feet 65 is too small. 75 is good for you. I bought this TV for 1.2 no discounts at that time. I don't think MI will cut the cost anytime soon. If you had financial issues and somehow collected money, I will suggest you to buy a very reliable product, go with Samsung/Sony. You will need to downsize. SDR movie experience is also good on cheap TVs only HDR suffers.
Conclusion : 1.28 is still great price, Xiaomi is known to change parts to keep price low, they can downgrade the panel and price it lower. You can go for 65 x90h and for 75 there is simply no competitors to MI.

I don't want the price to be lower but the HDFC discount was huge however I missed that but want to claim again the discount is still available on Flipkart but it's out of stock there.

I suggest you to wait then. Discounts like HDFC will come again. But this TV is hard to assemble so Mi may change its suppliers but it's low probability. Panel change is also probable.

One of videos I shot using my phone. HDR looked so good, I had to record it.

Will it happen now like a Panel change? I am afraid now I can wait for some weeks for the discount.

After a little bit of search, I have decided to stick with the soundbar for 2 reasons 1. They are easy to install as for dedicated HT, I will have to hardwire everything, and the wires will definitely look bad in my Room. 2. They are cheap and almost good enough for the movie-watching experience. After seeing reviews of JukeBar 9800DWS, I think It's a great option right now. However, I am still open to better options, if any available.

The 9800DWS is a 2 channel soundbar, so you just get L and R channels. Any sound system without a centre channel is going to sound pretty bad in movies with a lot of dialogue clarity just gone. No point spending 20k+ on something which lacks even a centre channel. And you aren't going to get Atmos with 2 up-firing speakers. For good directionality from height channels, you'll need 4 speakers for Atmos (ideally ceiling mounted)

I got the 5.1 channel Z906 for 17k last year during the Diwali sale, which will blow away any 2 channel soundbar. And even that I'd not consider to be of great sound quality as the LCR channels aren't big enough.

If you want to go for a soundbar, you need to at least look for Samsung Q800T which usually goes around 30-35k, with it coming to around 28k last Diwali. Also lots of LG soundbars selling for dirt cheap(compared to MRP) in the offline market and around Diwali.

Most good speakers are out of stock due to COVID. The Yamaha 1840 (which is also a good budget option) is also out of stock and overpriced since late last years and the same is the case for AVRs. The Yamaha 3072 is the only good sound system <50k which seems to be in stock.

Not a great time to buy sound systems right now.

even at 2 lac we don't get wireless speakers for AVR , soundbar is better option ,but soundbar cant reach home theatre experience.cec doesn't work very well on zebronics models ,go for lg sl8yg ,its available in offline market too ,u get at lower price than online

Can you suggest a good soundbar or sound system with a center channel?
 
One other highly rated sub 25k HTIB is Sony IV300. If you get it as stocks get exhausted very soon and one or two is available somewhere or the other just to be gone before we can realise. It has Nfc and bluetooth, is DTS HD, Dolby True HD, 4k passthrough and 1000 watts. Can be a bit wiry but that's a standard demon one has to overcome in home theaters. It's a lightweight HTIB and can give you 25% of actual home theater experience.
The other alternatives are if you buy a Polk 5.1 for 40k or Elac Cinema 5.1 for 42k and buy an entry level AVR seperately for 30k Denon 250BT for instance - those 70-75k investment is better than Sony's or LG's or Samsung's higher end soundbar having upward firing speakers.

we don't get real Atmos sound from any soundbar , soundbar with rear speakers is good option at least we get surrounding sound
