32" Sony W Series or Philips 5609?

Please also tell the grey market price of sony w. It is retailing for about 45k (philips for 35k). If the difference is not much in prices, will buy on emi.
Main use will be blue ray playback. Please help asap.

well the W series clearly as the edge in pretty much all fronts,but it is 10k more expensive.
