You can also try in Vector systems, Brigade road. I got mine last January from them. They are also one of the authorized dealer for Yamaha.

I am planning to buy an entry level AVR. Shortlisted Denon 1513 and Yamaha 373.

Denon 1513 available at 23K with B&W. Yamaha is 26K.
Also, Denon 1513 is available at 21K without bil..

Please advise which one I should be buying? Is Yamaha worth the additional money?
My usage is 70% movies and 30% music.

I don't care about fancy features.
Also, is it advisable to buy from the grey market or should I get with B&W?

Always go for warranty. Its 2K difference only.

Take a demo of the two and select the one you found better.

If 4k passthrough, YPAO, USB and USB iPad connectivity is not a requirement, you can opt for 371 which is selling for like 19.2k.

23k is a good price for 373. If you can wait for new models to surface, it might go down by 2-3k. But then you might have to wait for 3-4 months.

I have heard from some people that the old Yamaha AVRs were harsh...but the new ones are good. Don't know if it is true but if not, I can go for 371. Please suggest..

I think it's a very good price if it comes with bill and warranty.
