Hello All,
I have ViewSonic LCD Tv(32") which I bought in USA 4 years back and using it with Hathway cable as the tuner is not supported for PAL.

It's working fine and no issues so far, but I observed yesterday first time my TV got 'burn-in' image of 'Set Max' (where IPL being broadcasted) and can be seen when the background of picture is 'white/light color'.

I never heard of burn-in issue in LCD (I know Plasma has this problem).

Is anyone here experienced similar problem. Any idea how to reset it (if possible).

Looking for your inputs.

Thanks.
Nivas

It is image persistence.

Run Jscreenfix.
JScreenFix - Fix stuck pixels and screen burn-in
