With two commercial sponsors attending the meet, I'm not sure if we would have time to listen to members' setups.

BTW, could the organisers touch base with the sponsors? Any progress on that account?

Thanks to sachin and sameer to take time out or their busy schedule and checking out other hotel too ( Kens, where the HFV meet happend last time )

once they finalise the place we can be rest assured with confirmed date and can plan further

i request everyone to fill in the spreadsheet with which equipment you coming in...

also incase if 14th is finalised please give conformation of your visit in the last column
