Should we do this ? Why should pune and mumbaikar's have all the fun.
For starters reply with a YES, we can figure out dates/logistics once we have good participation.

Also looking at the sparse dealer/demo options in hyd this will give us an apportunity to hopefully listen to lot of good gear.

Pandu, Ofcourse this for listening to our set ups yes with chit chat.

Will share out the excel etc. shortly for getting information. Right now 11/18 Dec are looking like good dates and these are sundays. Folks can give preference in the excel.

Also any suggestions for venue. Does anyone have a big enough listening room and willing to host ? Otherwise we can book conference rooms in hotels like the mumbai folks are doing.

Hotels will work but would be expensive. There would be many colonies / flat complexes which would have community halls which would be mostly underutilised and could be hired for a day for nominal amount. Only thing to be ensured is that you cover the floor with dhurries and walls with that of side walls of tents which could be taken on hire along with plastic chairs and a few tables for placing the equipments etc and for serving food.
