Hey fellow Hyderabadi Audiophiles, Audiophytes , How are you? Greetings from an Audioneub(Desperately waiting to make this word in to the Audiophilic dictionary). I am new to this forum and this world.. Would really appreciate any knowledge that you guys can hurl at me. Looking forward to a meet . Please plan soon

My 2 cents on a new meet. IMO it is too hot outside to lug equipment to our cars and then to a conference room and back. Better to wait till it cools down a bit. I feel that Nov/Dec are the best months, and since we had our last meet around this time it would be a year later and we can make it an annual event. Also I encourage other organizers to come forward - met a lot of capable audio lovers last time

Great to see this thread! Why did I not see this earlier?

My bro-in-law is a partner at The Grand Solitaire hotel in Park Lane, Secunderabad. IF there is a sufficient number I can talk to them about getting the banquet hall on a low rush day for a meet. Please let me know what you guys think.

The banquet hall is AC and large enough to have music systems set up. Its pretty well insulated as well so no disturbance. I have had many a party here with full DJ so the location is great. Bar and restaurant are available on the premises as well.

Not a problem at all. After posting I called a friend of mine who is a Yamaha dealer and he has agreed to do a demo at the meet if its something everybody would like to have. It all depends on the number of people we can get.

Lets hope we can get a good number for this to work out!
