CNET has reviewed an LG Infinia full backlit LED. It does beat the B8500 in a few areas and seems a definite improvment over the LH90

In Short the pros and cons

Pros
1.Slightly better black levels than the B8500 and the LH90
2. Excellent colour accuracy. Beats the B8500 and LH90
2.Good Shadow detail and Gamma beating the B8500 and LH90
3. Seemingly better Viewing angles compared to the LH90 and the B8500
4. Good SD performance. Should hardly be a factor this year.

Cons
1. More reflective than the LH90 and the B8500
2. Slightly worse blooming compared to the B8500 and the LH90
3. Introduction of a poor implementation of seperate dejudder and motion blur controls. Sad to see that nobody has been able to produce the kind of results Samsung have produced with this feature(even this year)

LG LH90 was a interesting product. This made LG look a quality TV producer rather than a quantity tv producer. I hope LG keeps the prices of Le8500 in the similar range as that of LH90.
