Check out the latest RTINGS 2 year TV longevity test. There is no correlation between brand on tv failures. They all start to fail at same time.
Sony has great sdr performance and best upscaling, so still a great tv.
Some folks on youtube and reddit are saying that TCL C6K, C8K not good for sports.

stay away from Bravia 2/3/5, Samsung QC been hit/miss for the last 5 yrs so only option is LG in premium segment, budget option is TCL C8k 75" which can be had for around 1.5L offline or in Flipkart for around 1.36L with card discounts

Also iphones and pixel phones.
should be easy to compare with a given clip.
Therefore, I don't have any reference clip to share. If you have the TV, and if you could share your experience, that would be great.

C8K has launched in India and people have picked it from the TCL Brand Store directly. I personally know one who picked a 75 inch in Bengaluru TCL Brand Store. You can keep following Maharshtra Electronics or Vijay Sales for prices in Mumbai.I already did that. CC said C8K is not launched in India yet!!!
TCL sales channel setup is a mess, at-least in Mumbai.
You can check comparisons of Bravia 9, Bravia 7, QM8K/C8K, QM7K/C7K in the Stop the FOMO YT channel. He compares these TVs with a Reference Monitor as well. C8K is almost at par with Bravia 9 and is better than Bravia 7 definitely. Sony's upscaling and sports performance is better but I am using a Nvidia Shield Pro to negate that disadvantage when using a Non-Sony TV. C8K is 1.6-1.7L for 75 inch with all deals and cashback offers and Bravia 9 is 3.25-3.4L with all cashback offers. I know Sony is good but can't justify double the price. TCL in 2025 is not the TCL of old and has upped their game.With out demo very hard to compare...
In 77" segment Can TCL C8K comparable with Bravia 9? if that is too much, how about with LG G5 or C5...
