Replacing crossover capacitors in my speakers

One speaker is playing softer - less louder than the other

Just picked up a pair of old speakers. Both speakers work, but the left one has a slightly muffled sound. What gives? So, have tested out by exchanging the wires – I.e by switching L&R wires on the Amplifier. Making one speaker the L, which was earlier R, and vice versa. One speaker , speaker X...

Where do I buy them from ? I am located in New Delhi...
Keltron is one source..but which dealer for them?

I am based in Mumbai, so not familiar with markets in New Delhi. However, you can Google and buy from physical stores (there seem to be many in Delhi) or you can buy online (again, Google is your friend).

Not sure if they are selling polypropylene capacitors. Has seen their electrolyte capacitors. Never find their low esr caps in market.

For Audio crossover use I didn't find any one Indian company manufacturing polypropylene film capacitors.

You may get Indian suppliers selling foreign capacitors

Beware, Lots of fakes on the market. Buy it from the authorised dealer of your prefered OEM.
