Why a separate forum for LG? And World Record in what? I have never seen LG associated with any such big event like Sony, Samsung or even Panasonic.

Sorry for the late reply! There is a separate forum for LG because we want to have a forum space where we can consolidate all questions about LG World Record products. As to your question about having world records, these LG World Records are determined by LG as being the best of the best. For example, the LM8600 has one of the narrowest bezels in the world at only 4.9mm. In addition, the LM8600 has also won multiple design awards. Combine all of these factors with a great picture quality, and you have an LG World Record TV.
