Which one to buy first?

Guys I have two plans in my mind to enhance the music performance of my budget combo Norge (amp+BS). Source is WDTV live. Room is 18'x12'. I also have a Philips surround receiver with a nice sub. Currently, the DAC on duty is the one inside this receiver (24 bit, 192khz).

The plans are:
1. Get a Caiman DAC (around Rs. 14.5k)
2. Upgrade BS to FS (budget 30k)

I cannot go for both at same time. Need opinion on prioritizing.
Its a confusion between 'bigger sound' and 'clearer sound' :sad:

OK I ran out of patience and decided to get the Caiman. I am waiting for Stanley to raise the invoice on paypal...

Did you order the Caiman with the Gator mods?
