Xiaomi to launch Mi TV Q1 75" on 23rd March - QLED, 192 Zones, 120Hz

@neogen I have a strange problem downloaded a Dolby Vision movie and but not able to get Dolby Vision in Kodi. What's the issue?
It's not a strange problem as DV is closed source and requires a license fee to play the same. Kodi doesn’t do Dolby Vision yet. Rest Kodi is playing perfectly

I am looking for a 50 inch TV, (as this size only fits my wall)...any suggestions for a good model which is VFM. This will be my secondary TV and usage will be very less.

LG CX 48" if available at a fair price. Some places they are offering clearance sale.

For a secondary tv no need to spend on a oled which are most expensive . Go for a normal led from lg or Samsung. And you can use it extensively for sports or news , without worrying about burn in like in oleds.

Just get any 50" TV in the 30-50k price range. Nokia, Motorola, OnePlus all are basically rebranded from the same Chinese ODMs so the quality is basically the same. Just get whichever's software and features you like more.

I'm assuming since it's a secondary TV the picture quality doesn't matter and you just need it to watch news/DTH in another room. I just repurpose my 2013 42" Sony 1080p for that, and it works fine.

Thanks for feedback. Any specific model if you can suggest.
Just go to Amazon and flipkart and put your size requirement of around 50". Tvs are normally 48".
to 55".
Select sony, lg and Samsung in filter.
Dont select Nokia, Motorola, OnePlus , etc. These are all rebranded Chinese TVs.
I checked just now and the price range is around 50000.
DONT buy from Amazon or flipkart though. This is just for reference. Physical stores sell the same tvs cheaper. Take the specifications and prices of the tvs you like and go to the physical stores. Now you have reference prices.
I saw a Samsung 4k tv for around 51k on flipkart. Though ppl might say no use of 4k in 50 inches, i personally would not buy a full hd tv now.

A noob question to those who use Nvidia Shield Pro (or Apple TV 4K) with Mi Q1 75 TV:
Is it like a night and day difference when watching HD OTT content with Shield and without Shield (upscaling done by TV),
or is it just visible only to discerning eyes?
Does Shield also improve viewing 4K content also?

Need Help !! Can somebody please share picture calibration settings for Dolby vision and HDR 10 on mi qled 75 tv. I don't watch SDR content , i watch only 4K content on Netflix and Amazon prime. The factory Picture settings are not at all good in this TV. Even the movie mode is not satisfactory.

I am using stock or factory settings and am completely satisfied. No need to change.

If HDR10 or Dolby vision content is being played, you won't even be seeing the Movie Or standard mode settings. ??
