Guys, I noticed that there is a price list thread in almost all sections except this one. I searched and did not find one. In case it exists then request to mods to merge the thread. I did realise that the price info is available in different threads. Lets compile in one thread for better search.

People can request price and if someone is aware then inform the forum.

Personally , I need price info on following (I quote in bracket the price I collected from various sources and I am not sure about the accuracy):-

Denon 1911 (45K)
Yamaha RX-V667 (34K)
Marantz SR 6005 (48K)
Onkyo SR 608 (36K)

If I may suggest something, is someone needs to share/update price information, it would be better if they sent it as a PM to the OP, so that he can edit his posting to include it or update it, that way one can get the pricing information at once single point at the beginning instead of being scattered across the thread. Just my 2 cents.

I'm curious to know this too. The cheapest quote I got for the 667 was about 40k in Mumbai.

Yamaha - ebay global buy. Onkyo - 20 north.

as above.

ONKYO looks moe like 40k since an additional converter is needed if one purchses from 20north.

Today I visited Alfa, at Irla, Mumbai and found 4 AVRs.

AVRs at Alfa does not have warranty, but are cheaper. So for those who want AVR at cheaper price(and dare to take risk), here is the list

Marantz SR3053(Black) - Rs.16000
Yamaha RX-V367(Black - Rs.17800
Denon 1311(Black) - Rs.17500
Pioneer VX-420(Black) - Rs.14500

Note: All of them are coming with 220V power supply support, so no need for any step down transformer.

Because he said that Alfa does not give warranty.

But I dont think that prices are so low that one would like to go with out warranty; infact its almost at par with warranty products.

As TB rightly mentioned, I said "Dare to take risk" coz there is no warranty.
