Without buying any further tools, this is my progress so far.
I got panels cut from single 4'X8' 18mm MDF sheet with the help of cut list. The material is quite heavy and stacking pasting double panels for front and back plates made it super heavy. You can imagine these all below panels are for 2 pairs (4) bookshelf speakers.
Double stacked front and back panels are given for holes. I am getting 3mm veneer over this. So that countersink groove will not be required as I will be making outer hole in veneer bigger which makes same effect of 3mm countersink after pasting veneer.
Meanwhile I am pasting boxes keeping all 90 deg angles.

Holes are cut into panels and veneer. They are accurately matched and you can see countersink is not required as veneer does the job.
Now putting braces into top and side panels. Preparing braces is PITA as it I am using hacksaw and sanding tool on drill machine. I hope it will be done by tomorrow.

Does not look like the rear edge of the woofer holes rounded over by 3/8 to 1/2 an inch as Danny suggested, for optimum performance of the woofers. Has it been done? If so I would really appreciate if you could you please post a pic of the non veneered side of your front baffle.
Since you have doubled the front baffle thickness, the radiusing/round over would probably need to be even more than 1/2 an inch? Probably better to check with Danny if not already done.

You are correct. It is not rounded so far. I will be doing it before glueing front panel. Front panel is 36mm (1.5") thick. I will make start rounding it from front side leaving margin for screw length.
So bracing will be done today. Then back panel and damping internal cave will be taken. After that I will glue front panel.
Great going Omishra. BTW, when is the Pune meet? Would this be ready by then?
Unfortunately No! I will slow down after this. We have only few days left for meet and I don't want to make hurry during detailing, damping etc. curing of tar and felt will take time. Same with outer finish and polish. Still grill is not planned as I am holding material till I measure actual finished boxes.
Such a pity that these gems will not be ready before the meet. It would have meant so much for captain. Anyways i am sure that they will be available for the Mumbai meet later.
Oh yes, it was delayed due to several factors. And even my 4 days leave could not help due to moods of panel cutters and holes cutters. They eatup all 4 days. Initial help from flash could have helped for speedy completion. But he got lot busy these days and I have to be dependant on weekends only.
I did not understand the curing part. You have already made the MDF cabinets. Are you not Bitumen sheets? It is just a pasting job using rubber solution (that is if the sheets do not already have adhesive on one side) and then pasting felt/ foam/ fibreglass over them. Since we are doing an AB for SQ and not looks, raw MDF boxes should not matter IMHO.
You bet it does. I'm actually perplexed as to why no one has written a detailed review about their speakers.:sad:
I sincerely hope it would; I'd then depend on our official reviewer Denom to pen his impressions.

Yes Bro, am also eagerly waiting to hear them, hope to hear atleast 2 sets made by different FM's in A/B Mode, so that we can establish whether any difference between them.
I am making 2 pairs, mine is lined with no Rez and Sachin's will be lined with tar + felt and padded with racron poly fill. This tar take 8-12 hrs for settling.
Then if possible then I will try to get one raw externally unfinished pair. I hope people should must not make fun of this eager soul.

Will complete mine this week. Painting is completed. I have to go and get it from magma. And then tear up a few old pillows to cannibalise the material, fill up cabinets to taste, solder drivers, screw down drivers and start listening
