There is no need for the download manager.I actually downloaded the song normally on my mobile !

Won't need that! On my machine that 145 MB Orange and Apple track took just over a minute to download. Whereas other downloads files downloaded at usual speeds. I think those tracks are hosted on a pretty fast and decongested server. So no need for download managers.
Too bad, I've already installed the download manager.

@ Tapan, that drop box thingy appears to be a very good tool to share data. Could you explain how to upload data thereat?

saketb, thanks! I kinda forgot about linn daily free track. I guess I have got to make it part of daily routine till Xmas eve.
Well you can have an drpbox account where you can share files between your various devices. Here you also have a public folder where you can put various files and generate the weblink and send it to other people. The other files are private only the files for which the link is shared is able to be downloaded bt the persons with whom you have shared the link. Well i shared the link with around 4 ppl who have downloaded the 2nd track. Here we upload the file once and many ppl can download. Nice way of file sharing. Hope i have clarified your queries.
Hi Guys, just been away from the forum for a few days so missed this thread earlier. I have bought just last month some downloads from Linn Records (Studio Master recording of Nielsen symphonies) and have used their download manager without any trouble at all.
Are they offering individual tracks...if so looks like I have missed a few. Can I PM some one to get them please?
By the way, Hyperion Records also offer a free download track...usually per album. But this is only of western classical music. Linn Records are really expensive I find, compared with Hyperion or Qobuz (which I like best of all). The latter has all genre of music.

Just downloaded a MP3 and Studio master FLAC version of the same song and did a quick comparison. I felt the MP3 sounded better than the Studio master FLAC
But then after loading the tracks in an audio editor I figured out that the sound level on the MP3 is higher than the FLAC version and I think that would have tricked me into thinking that the MP3 sounded better:indifferent14:
