Christmas gift from Linn records

Thanks ranjeetrain & iaudio for your suggestions,
I will surely do some study on your recommendations.

I have used VLC player to play the flac files on my laptop, however I am not sure the output of laptop will have the 24/192 which can be connected to the pre or DEQ.

Regards,

It depends on the sound card in your laptop. If it doesn't support 24-192, or 32-192 it will down sample them before sending them out.

But that's no reason for you to worry. 24-96 is plenty. I have never been able to hear the difference between 24-96 and higher res despite hours of A/B.

But then again. Do you use a decent outboard soundcard/DAC if you really want to benefit from the extra resolution. Built-in sound cards won't be of much use.

I was able to download track 1. Thanks TB. Now I have all the tracks including the cover art starting from the first one.

Okay, I'll try to upload to Dropbox then.

I was trying some configuration changes to my network security. It is also possible that you tried connecting when I was doing those and hence it was unreachable. You may want to give it a try again.
