It's better we finalise the equipment list by noon time tomorrow.We do not have power points at all the corners of the Halls.
Based on the number of set ups , we need to decide power point locations.
Hotel electrician need some time to arrange power sockets.

I have followed up with all on the sheet, some of these folks will not be going to make it and others have the details to join, i have left my numbers etc. What would help i if you could follow up with some of the folks who have accpeted on the thread but not updated the sheet. See if you can do that.

I picked up the above info from the google document. So far we had 14 confirmations and we have 6 folks more to confirm. Do we want to freeze the participant list and equipment list at 10PM tomorrow? or last minute walk-ins are allowed? I am asking this because the setups that you guys have have planned for the meet include components of folks who didn't confirm. Just wondering

We can make use of three corners in each room. At 1.00P.M I will visit the place and co-ordinate with the Hotel Banquet Manger & Electrician

Nice work on tent cards and it gives a "pro" look to our meet
. We need to have artworks for all possible gear matings then. Also, this should be done after we finalize list of equipments. If acrylic sheets are not available, we can use thermocol or cardboards or simply clip it like sachin has opined. JMT

Thanks for the follow up Sameer - Unfortunately I will be tied up at that time. Regardless as you indicated, 3 corners per room should work fine as it will give us 6 locations to set up systems. Any additional systems we can swap after the previous system has been auditioned.
